Please note that for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, islands, Aberdeen and other rural areas, an extra working day needs to be taken into account for these delivery options.
Delivery Exclusions:
Unfortunately we cannot ship orders to the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man. Orders for which a p.o box delivery address has been chosen cannot be processed and deliveries will not be made to these addresses.
If you want to check the status of your order and are a registered user, please log in to My Account to check the progress of your order. If you want to track the shipment of your order, use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email and track it via Evri's website. For any questions about your order, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately we cannot ship orders to PO Box addresses.
Some of our products are classified as Class 3 Flammable Liquids for the purposes of transportation. Any parcel that we ship containing these products will be packaged and labelled appropriately to comply with Dangerous Goods safety regulations.

We invite you to purchase a maximum of 5 units per product.
All prices on the Aesop United Kingdom website are inclusive of VAT. The amount paid will be displayed on the invoice attached to your shipment email.
We are pleased to offer free returns for changes of mind with a full refund on any product you have purchased (to the extent permitted by law). Exchanges are not possible.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Once our Customer Service team has contacted you and provided a return shipping label, the package must arrive back at our warehouse within 30 days to be eligible for a full refund.
Items must be in their original, unused condition. Any free gifts received with an order must also be returned for a full refund. We do not offer refunds simply for changes of mind on returns made after 30 days from delivery.
We will accept returns outside of the above conditions in cases of allergic reactions, damaged products, incorrect items, or defective items.
We only accept returns of products purchased from Aesop website; exchanges are not possible. Aesop products purchased elsewhere (including Aesop stores or other retail outlets such as department stores) must be returned to the original point of sale.
Due to differences in currency, pricing, and tax laws, we cannot process refunds for Aesop products purchased in a market other than the country of purchase.
While we strive for prompt delivery, external factors may occasionally cause delays, before contacting us please ensure the following steps have been taken:
Verify Details: Confirm your delivery address and check for courier notifications (SMS/Email/Cards).
Search Premises: Check mailboxes and "safe places" around your property or with building management.
Monitor Tracking: Statuses may remain static between milestones; please allow five business days of no movement before reaching out.
Incorrect or Damaged Items: Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us for an investigation. To resolve this efficiently, please provide:

- A clear photo of all items received in a single image

Exclusions: Our refund and replacement policy applies exclusively to Aesop website orders. For store or third-party purchases, please contact the original point of sale.
All orders are shipped by our logistics centre in France.
To ensure you receive your purchase as quickly as possible, we process orders immediately. As a result, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please ensure that your delivery address and order details are correct and complete before finalising your purchase.
